Care Support Worker’s
Recruitment & Training

Through selective recruitment, our staff undergo comprehensive training to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence to provide high-quality care.
 

Our trainers cover all scenarios and procedures with the adequate equipment they may be required to use in individual’s homes. Staff are then fully assessed and certified after completing their training.

New staff are paired with experienced colleagues during a 'shadowing' period to help them adjust to routines, with continuous management support.

​Training is regularly updated to keep all staff, even the most experienced, current with best practices and policies.
